Yes if it has a mulching blade it won't leave lumps of grass unless it's cut in wet or really high.

What you posted would be perfect. I would look for side shoot ones as they seem to give a better finish

Oki what would you recommend as the best rust treatment available as I'd rather treat it that cut my wings apart. I'm not too worried about the odd bit of filler in it i just want to treat the rust before it gets worse.
