Hopefully try and get some filler slapped around in the engine bay and sanded down this weekend!

Looks good m8. Hope to see it one day. The bigger the noise the bigger the smile

Take it from me it's not a noise you like after a few miles, once the novelty has worn off. Mines ok with earplugs and a crash hat but even after 20 mins on a track it's enough. Another down side is you don't tend to hear other problems that may be happening.

Agree with the above. And contrary to popular opinion they aren't stronger either, just more efficient.

Totally in agreeance with you both. I'm sure you have both been there and done that. My daily car is a 3.2 v6 305bhp. So I'm not looking to make my escort into anything more than what it was back in the day. But I'd love to add a straight cut box, I'm also playing with the idea of a lsd. Not really to do with the benifits, mainly for the experience and more importantly the noise. I hate "what ifs" Bet you don't regret it !

yeh the itbs are 50mm (not 100% they are staying)

the exhaus are 1.75" primarys with a 2.5 exit

the engines standard at the mo just dialed the cams in done little bit of flowing to the head where casting was bad match inlets and exhaust

but gunner proby fit a st170 head with vvt delet and a pair of piper cams

Small update got welding done on the front panel as who ever fitted the splitter done a shit job by butching out slots instead of drilling holes and also welded up numuros no. Plate holes and then straightened out the lower lip

Just need engine mounts and I'll trial fit engine And box befor I prime it as tunnel may need modifications
