Also been given the green light to start at the railway. We will muster in the rally/display area for 9:00. Set off shortly after at intervals. We are welcome to join in the festivities after and we have already booked a display stand all day Sunday. More info will be printed in the tour pack.

Chris, do you know if we can use disposable BBQs at the campsite. Also are there any electric hook-ups in our field?  - obviously we'd have to pay more but would be useful.

Thought this info was in the pack?

Anyway all bbqs need to be kept off the ground or on a flag stone.

Electrical hook up is included in the price. You will need a caravan adapter (blue plug) for the box on site.

Not all relevant but these are the T&Cs http://riverdart.co.uk/campsite-caravan-holiday-park/terms-conditions

Ah, sorry. I didn't think to look in the pack, and looked at their website - which was really lacking in information!  :(

Was the info in the pack? If not I must apologise.

Camping pitches are open from midday Friday. Please report to reception. Stating you are here with OldSkoolFord and camping in the “Meadows” field.

We need to vacate the pitches before 11am on Sunday wether you wish to stay in the park or travel down the road to the railway for the 60’s event.

No planned lunch stop Saturday due to the 2 hour wait some of us had last year so I recommend we split up into several groups and try the various pubs Dartmoor has to offer.  Will endeavour to compile a list for you before we set off.

We need to muster at the railway Saturday morning for 9:00 and leave the site at 9:30. Once completed you can either stay on the railways site and absorb the atmosphere or return to river dart.

Sunday, if you wish to exhibit your car at the railway, you will need to be parked up in their show field before 10:00. All cars have been submitted so there shouldn’t be any issues displaying cars on the Sunday.
