The car has a fluid leak and I suspect the lowering of the sound it may require fluid. I can see the cap for the reservoir through a tiny slit in the inner guard but there is no way to check or even reach the cap from above! Im guessing its blocked or on its way out. Any good euro made brand of fuel pumps you can recommend?
