When I bought my car it had grey cloth fishnet recaros. The guy I bought it from had some brown beta clothed ones that were a bit worse for wear which I also bought. I have since had the bad bits re-trimmed and have swapped them with the grey ones. The only problem is, my car has black back seats, door cards, head lining and carpet. They don't look too bad but I am wondering if anyone has a pair trimmed in black cloth that would want to swap?

I bought a newly flocked 6 dial dash top for my mk1 as at the time I couldnt find a nice standard one, but ideally I want a standard original one-so if anyone is thinking of getting theirs flocked I would be willing to swap as long as its in nice condition so saving you a few quid. Just to clarify mine is an original not a grp copy and is mint and hasnt been fitted.

just bought a mk1 fiesta and it came with a d series honda engine but i want to stick with ford after a swap for a 2.0 zerec it comes with all mounts gearbox 2x linkages shafts and a stainless four branch will obviously need some fabrication to fit it

Hello all, breaking a mk4 Cortina, 2.0 Ghia Auto in gold. I will be racing the car so just trying to get a little back and hopefully help a few people out with bits.

Anyway, a rough description off memory of what's available:

Seats are knackered, but rest of interior is half alright I think, dash is good, clocks with rev counter, has rear seat belts fitted.

All glass is good. Very good chrome wing mirrors, chrome door handles and window trims etc. Bumpers I think are good metal wise, but the plastic bump strip things aren't brilliant. I think all chrome on the car is good.

All of the lights are there and look good, has round rear fog lamp thing, grill is good, and little Ghia badges?

In the engine bay, basically everything can go except the block, head, manifolds, carb and dizzy. Auto box is for sale (not tested yet but will get car running and test before removing), and all little bits like washer bottle, nice air box, heater box, wiper motor, engine ancillaries, wiring loom?

Can sell bonnet and bootlid too but will need your old ones to replace. Bonnet look very good with very minor surface rust just starting underneath, but only just taking paint off.. And bootlid is good too I think.

Basically everything can go except running gear and main engine. If there's anything I have forgotten to mention then please just ask and I'll have a good look at it and see what condition it's in.

Collection on everything is preferred, although I can post smaller stuff if you need me to. Located in Blackpool.

The wings had to be removed during restoration on my escort and although they were a bit rusty at the front (lights) end and have been cut off at the back (door) end the rest is totally solid. The arches are really good. They are standard not Mexico btw
