  6. I quite like it and am warming to Ant. It seems he explains a bit more of what he is doing. I do wish that they wouldn't show so much of the car at the teaser at the start though.

  8. I am continually amazed that people talk about things like dropping the gearbox out and taking it apart as if it were nothing! I doff my cap to you and the others on this forum, if I tried I would have a lot of spare parts left and an expensive bill.

As you do, I was browsing around various car sites considering if I fancy a change for next year when I came across this rally prepared Corsair and have to say I quite like it. https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C904236 Not sure if i could live with it as a road car, however, still looks a cool bit of kit.
  12. I stumbled across a vintage event in Northern France in July which looks pretty cool, so thought I would share in case others were interested. Every 2 years, for 1 day in summer, the small town of Marquise (midway between Calais and Boulogne) bans all modern cars from the town and turns back the clock to the 1960s and only cars of that era are permitted in the town. Shops and local businesses all join in and support the festival with a retro market and create a historic atmosphere. In 2018 this will be on Sunday 29th July. Between 1,000 and 1,500 cars are expected to turn out,
