    New big rad..... no holes

Just make sure bonnet still closes! Thats how mine fitted....which was also taller. Useing pre-drilled holes tho. So header was highest it could be to avoid running expansion tank. Works great. So many choices mate Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    New big rad..... no holes

I know that rule....always applies but I still get it wrong!! [emoji85] I'd put it where the other one was. Assuming it worked fine [emoji106] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    Best aftermarket panels.

I used magnum as much as I could but needed Expressed for rear tubs and full inner wing strut tops....cos magnum didn't do either at the time (bloody do now and seem v good!!!) Expessed are v good....but quality costs!! If I could have got all panels from Magnum I would have!! Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    New big rad..... no holes

Thought it would have come with mounting holes already there... Always hate drilling holes in new things... even if you need them. My new rad already had mounting holes but fit it like for like I'm guessing, although higher might be more efficient. Someone will know for sure.... Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    Mk2 Escort Gearbox tunnel entrance

Guessing you have already tried GS and Escort-tec?? The latter are always breaking escorts.... Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Whats the coolest thermostat you run in your Pinto?

Who'd have thought? Sounds like a wind up!! You couldn't make that up!! What an imagination..... Process of elimination and you'd still struggle to get to that outcome....shame you didn't lean on the alternator at the start!! Well done on sorting it [emoji106][emoji106] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    Mk 1 project

Know what you mean....and how it feels! Took mine for it's 1st mot this time last year....1st time on the road since the 80's. 10 mile drive to mot garage....felt great to actually drive it on the public road. 17 again!! [emoji4] Congratulations on a stunning build m8. Hope to see it this season.[emoji108] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    Mk2 Cortina 1300 Deluxe 1970

Welcome to the world of classic car ownership......at least you got 8 miles of trouble-free driving in before the problems started!!! Interesting write-up and well-done on getting her home....albeit 11 hours later! Good luck with her and bring on the updates. Nice to see a standard 1300 Cortina [emoji106][emoji106] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
