Gonzo
If I hadn't got the 1600 cheap, I woulda been looking at an 1800 TD out of an escort van or mondeo or summat for the tina. Cuz I think diesels are great! Certainly annoy the f*ck out of you lot if I did
Guest MK1gaz
Fast diesils = It's a bit like pulling a fit bird and then finding out she used to have a dick , it's still fooooooooooookin wrong !!!!!!!!!

Cuz I think diesels are great! Certainly annoy the f*ck out of you lot if I did Jay, you need some tests done mate. Why put a diesel in an osf?? i just dont get it? You have a lovely (getting rare and expensive) classic car like a mk1 escort and then an idea pops into your head, "i know, i'll put a shitty, slow, rattly, low performance engine into it cos THAT is a wicked idea" ?????????????? Even if it is quick, it's still wrong. Imagine if people were putting diesels into old, restored E-type's or tractor engines into other lovingly restored classics. I just dont understand the logic??? dssean
you may hate diesels but they are te next big thing, VAG have done wonders with them. 1 le mans R10 diesel winning everything 2 the new audi R8 V12 TDI faster than the petrol version. 3 Seal leon TDI winning in BTCC and WTCC 4 VW golf tdi in rallying doing really well Audi have said that after this version of the new rs6 (v10 twin turbo lambo engine) they will no longer be making petrol super cars only diesel in my opinion there is a lovley noise from a diesel engine butr horses for courses( they've been my bread and butter for many years)

Wessie
Diesil modified oldskoolfords !!!!!!!! P.S. don't they only win races cos they stop less for fuel ? there a stronger engine so more reliable, the rev lower (so more reliable), more torque so less gear changes (making them more reliable) there more reliable
