That rain was so sudden, we pegged it back to the fiesta and just dived in! But it was already like we'd been in a swimming pool! Your fiesta was lovely jack, a real credit to you, and massive respect for how far you came to be at the show, hell of a distance to cover. A few more cars turned up after the photo, that mk2 cortina that parked next to us looked stunning (never got chance to look other than from behind the steamy windows in the fez!) and mk2ben who I think brought the weather with him?! Ha ha

All the cars on the stand looked awesome, I thought we had a great variety to represent what this club is about.

Did anyone else get any pics as atm jacks is the only one we've got of cars on the OSF stand?

Nicely organised stand! Shame about the weather sorry if I didn't say hi as we went when the sudden downpour came along, and we all got drenched! Great show anyway and thanks for the pass! :)

Was a great show as always, with a huge variety of cars, unfortunately didn't manage to take any pictures or say hello to anybody. Managed to have a good look around in the morning beforehand the weather hit in the afternoon. Thanks for organising the stand

Thats the problem with 1 day shows!

RR needs to be a 2 day show IMO.

Saturday was glorious at Santa Pod and plenty of OSF's

I used to camp @ RR every year until it started clashing with VW Action which is a 3 day show!

Old skool ford stand with front wheel drive cars on it, don't make sense it's supposed to be before front wheel driven cars and plastic bumpers, if your allowing fiestas on the stands then you may as well allow sierras ,there's no fiesta in the land better than a standard Sierra cosworth , at least it's rwd and most top escorts have there engine in them or everybody would if they could afford them, the fiestas are some peoples pride and joy and they may appeal to them but they don't mix with rwd cars, totally different type of thing altogether, I say keep within what the furom stipulates or don't bother ,

The forum stipulates models of Classic Ford that were in production prior to 1980. Like it or not, the mk1 Fiesta qualifies in this regard.

Im not a fan of fiestas, but as vista says as its in production prior to 1980 is allowed, so each to their own I guess?

Personally I'd take a mk1 fiesta over a Sierra actually, so it's a matter of opinion I suppose. Mk1 fiestas are always welcome on OSF as they were in production before 1980 and are a 70's designed car. The picture may make it look like the stand was fully of fez's (of which we did have a fair few lovely mk1 fees on the stand) but we also had a lot of escorts, cortinas and Anglias too.
