Slow loading of site

Been experiencing slow loading of the site lately, tried all the usual. Closed any apps running, cleared cache and done a speed check on my internet. Still no improvement. Tried on my computer but still not good. Other sites seem to be performing correctly. Any Ideas ? Please don't get over complicated with your replies. To say I'm a IT dinosaur would be an understatement ....lol

very slow, and sometimes total failure to load, regardless of laptop or phone

50% of the time I get this message

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::language() in /var/sites/o/oldskoolford.co.uk/public_html/ipb/system/Output/Output.php on line 560

Defo a trojan horse with a grudge against escorts?. Seriously tho lads, I don't the stats  of OSF membership in relation to what car each member has. In other words I'd hazard a guess that 35 - 45  % of all members have escorts or there posts related to escorts. Just a thought....could be way off the mark!!

I believe it was the worldwide mass generation of emails related to that Data Protection b**lux that just overloaded the internet - thursday and friday was like wading through mud but by friday evening it was pretty much back to normal. Personally my d/load speeds dropped from a regular 110Mb to speeds measured in Kb's - worse than dial up LOL!
