Fiesta Steve Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 Old skool stops with Live axle cars. Sorry Luckily for me you don't make the rules
faster Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 Mk1 Fiesta's can just sneak in, purely because they dont have nearly as much plastic and crap in as MK2's do. Come on if the painfully awful MK3 Escort becomes Old Skool, we might as well all give up now. Its an awful, awful car. Dont let it become old skool!
Admin Vista Posted October 17, 2006 Admin Report Posted October 17, 2006 Old skool stops with Live axle cars. Sorry Luckily for me you don't make the rules Lucky indeed eh? It'd be good to hear why people think certain things don't/shouldn't qualify. i.e. I present a reasoned argument as to why the Sierra should qualify (all the while maintaining my neutral stance ) lets hear a reasoned argument as to why not.
Wessie Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 cat . . . . . amongst the pigeons . . . .
antz Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 pop=too cool for school granada mk1= do i need to say why? granada mk2=because its just as cool as the mk1 cortina mk1-5=the name cortina says it al escort mk1 and 2=RWD, cool and the best fiesta mk1= the beginning of a new era but the cassic styling (osf for sure) capri mk1-3=RWD, so sleek yet so simple.defo cool! anglia=the follow on from the pop and just as cool then the deaded ones people argue over sierra=RWD, old as the capri but plastic. not sure on that one escort mk3= not osf because its a bit gay and crap (but the xr3 was great!) fiesta mk2=dumbed down, plastic, modern looks and built at the wrong time rs200=RALLY LEGEND! *awaits arguement to kick off*
Fiesta Steve Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 lets hear a reasoned argument as to why not. Mk1 Fiesta is OldSkool because ; it has metal bumpers, the option of 7" round lamps , 4 spoke wheels, x-flow engine, lack of plastic. Pretty much everything you'd like to see on you rwd osf eccept the power is going through the wrong set of wheels .
