whats the best and worst MPG you've had out of your osf??

i'll start us off, my best is 43mpg, coming back from silverstone, and my worst is 21mpg round town, in the wet with a few roundabouts, , i have a 1600 xflow on bike carbs with 120bhp @ wheels. i'm interested to see what other people live with, specially with the price of petrol going the way it is.

worst it 18-19 driving...enthusiastically

About 30 mpg in the cossie doing a steady 60-70mph, On full chat, have nt a clue, i m normally grinning too much too care

39MPG in a mild 2.0 EFi pinto down to 12 MPG round town 2.3 V6 cologne.

have to take note next time i drive getting a move on it will be 150 a litre soon especially down here in sussex it goes up like the rain comes down

when we done the brean stages in mates mk1 with a pinto we were using about a gallon each stage which varied between 4 and 6 miles per stage

dunno dont care - speedo has never worked and the fuel gauge is hard to see cos its in the boot lol

i havent really managed to get it much under 20mpg.... but ive also managed to get it just over 50mpg (leeds to newcastle )

500 yards to a gallon in my mk2 escort auto when the fuel pipe split

a tank of fuel in the capri lasts about a hundred miles we reckon thats a 250bhp essex with triple carbs
