Hey guys has anyone seen the new clarkson dvd "the good the bad the ugly "

The whole point of his experiment is to see whats faster AMERICA VS EUROPE.

So he goes to america and racers various cars for eg .

roush racing mustang vs lotus elise exige. american driver spins the stig wins .

So how is that fair stig is superb driver to say the least and that american driver looked like he was laying an egg in theM racers ..

MY POINT IS .America make the best cars in my view gt500 gt40 firebird charger challenger. to only name a few . its not right to compare these type,s of car against SUCH pile,s of shit in my book .

He ramble,s on about handling all of the time . America made car,s for the american market and they dont realy give a fook what other contries think .there roads are straight so they make cars that go fast in straight lines . are roads are twisty so we make cars that go around corners .

He totaly destroys america and to be honest pissed me of a little .

am not a yankey lover but there cars are awesome.

IF ANYONE ELSE SEEN IT LET ME KNOW YOUR VIEWS..

I got the DVD for Xmas.

I know it does seem like he is always having a pop at American motors, but in his defence, he is right up to a point. Basically, the whole point of the vid is to see if the US can make a car that can handle as well as European cars.

He has said for along time that an American car designer probably doesn't even know that twisty roads like ours even exist. BUT, saying that, the majority of cars stay in the USA anyway, so twisty roads aren't a problem.

As far as styling goes, I don't think I have heard him slate many US cars over that, just build quality mainly. I have to agree with him on one thing though which is, Detroit. He loves the place!

BTW, I love any old American Muscle Cars - I just do
