I went to look at this when it came up for sale approximately 3 years ago, near Leicester, it was exactly how it is now, in the ad. It was winter and the drive over was a nightmare. 

The chap had all the work done and wanted 20 grand for it, I offered 19, he declined. He put it on eBay and it sold for 19,500. 
 

The, 12 months later, I saw it again, this time in a raffle!
