Trevmk3 Posted March 14, 2009 Author Report Posted March 14, 2009 nice pics trev, saves me going 2mora now lolyou mention some pics being blurry,do you know why? and was the change from landscape to shutter speed on purpose or mistake? by mistake, just getting used to using the manual settings as the auto ones seem to be going blurry as the shutter speed goes slow, should really use the flash on the indoor ones but i'll learn and some of the rally ones were because i had forgot i had the manual focus on on my new lens
Trevmk3 Posted March 14, 2009 Author Report Posted March 14, 2009 this is my fave pic of the day though
tim Posted March 14, 2009 Report Posted March 14, 2009 nice pics trev, saves me going 2mora now lolyou mention some pics being blurry,do you know why? and was the change from landscape to shutter speed on purpose or mistake? by mistake, just getting used to using the manual settings as the auto ones seem to be going blurry as the shutter speed goes slow, should really use the flash on the indoor ones but i'll learn no need to use the flash indoors if the light is good! the wankle engine pics are blurry from the slow shutter speed of 1/4 and 1/8,the green bmw pic have come out clear from the shutter speed being higher at 1/640. 1/250-1/100is good for action pics to give afeel of speed
Trevmk3 Posted March 14, 2009 Author Report Posted March 14, 2009 thanks for the tips, i think the wankel ones were on the auto stteings and i wasnt ready for it doing a slow shutter moment you know what these indoor shows are like though, the light varies from stand to stand but with a bit of practice i'll get there used shutter speed of 640 for most of the rally ones, might do some slower ones and follow the movement more as ive got MotoGP later in the year and they are quick
escortwithsunroof Posted March 15, 2009 Report Posted March 15, 2009 good pics there, took ages ta load
