can anybody help me identify an old block ive got in the shed? the number along the bottom edge of the block is 2731 6015 with the number t10 along the block 2/3 of the way up.

is anyone going to the rs day at mallory this coming weekend?

have had a bit of a mess this weekend,cylinders are willwood .750 rear and .625 fronts. have tried my hardest to get the brakes to lock and they just wont.have done around 250 miles now since completly rebuildind the car,both front and rear pads which are standard (mintex rear,standard fast road willwood fronts) are wearing evenly. running 7" rims with r888 toyos. have read a few posts that gary from retro motorsport has answered to covering master cylinder bore size and bias box setup.unfortunatly the weather turned sh$t so returned to the warm and the net to do a little research. Any ideas or advice would be more than welcome

my mk2 is running disks all round,willwoods on the front and cossie rear,im running a bias pedal box without servo.the brakes feel very poor to me?very firm pedal with what to me seems like very poor brakes?have bled brakes 2-3 times but they feel the same?anyone had the same issue?

just out this afternoon putting a few miles on my recently finished mk2 when i get some cock in an m3 (02 plate) right up my arse flashing his lights trying to pass me down a twisty road going out towards stratford-upon-avon,he seizes his moment and tries to pass so i drop down a cog and have some fun with him!! i must say a £200 xe with a set of webers on pissed on the £50k bmw,so much so when i got to a petrol station he pulled behind me demanding i show him what was under the bonnet! he was gutted when i showed him!! i drove all the way home with the biggest smile on my face!! i would say 2 weeks of hard work mate and she should be finished providing all bits are ready to be fitted,i fouund that was the biggest time waster while doing mine waiting for bits to be sent.just informed my insurance and its gone up £35! although i am 28.
