you are mistaken mate 68 gt500kr were fitted with fords new 428 cobrajet engines instead of standard 428 engines

standard 428 360bhp

cobrajet 428 335bhp ? ford were a bit conservative with the rating as it actualy put out about 400 bhp

better brakes larger exhaust system and stagered rear shocks on 4speed
