i suffer badly with it and just found out if you have a tea spoon full of local made honey it helps and believe me it does

i just have 2 slices of toast with honey on every morning

nope - if you can prove you are really bad they can give you an injection, i get one as i already used to take 4 pils of neo clarityn every day and ended up so sleepy i couldn't drive!
