Help!! MOT failure

my cort just failed the MOT on 'exessive corrosion to the exhaust manifold' . Really need to track one down asap, has anybody got one lying around or propping up a coffee table? It's super urgent! (mk2 ghia)

I'm putting down my general vagueness and lack of detail to it been a stressful day, just got back in from sorting out a lazy caliper. Really fed up, spent the last two weeks sorting out the paint/bodywork and was aiming to come to the meet upon the morrow and then it fails on four tiny (apart from manifold) faults. MOT's should be given on the way a car looks. "Yep, looks cool, you've passed!" anyway

Corosion of stainless? I don't think so mate. You probably mean steel 4 into 2 into 1.
