The thing is my AA had run out I was changing to the RAC when I got paid which is today. I got my dad to join for me last night so waited an hour and half for the rac man. I thought they came out quick for a doris on there own or was that quick. He couldnt fix the car but he could only tow me off the junction as I hadnt been a memeber for 24 hours. What a load of b*llocks so what leave me stranded in the sevices its just crap. Phoned my ex and he came out and fixed the car. I so have to learn how how to sort the car myself.

MK3_DC Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 I can't understand the 24 hr rule, surely they must get soo many people join BECAUSE they have just broken down, how ridiculous, what were you s'posed to do, wait 24 hours and call them back ?
Burns Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 yeah, my uncle had that same problem but he was miles away from home and they wouldn't do a thing... i suppose from their point of view it's like paying for insurance when you have a crash. don't help us tho does it
