Got my Mk2 ghia x home from England without to many hiccups. The down side is now I have to take the Mrs and the kid to disney in florida. ( there is always a catch}. I was looking on ebay earlier at a cheap 5.0 mustang having lived in the US for a couple of years I know a bit about them. I was wondering does anybody have any experience with shipping a car in from the US. Just wondering how much it would cost. The one I spotted purely by coincedence just happens to be in florida and would make a very nice donor car for my Mk2.

My mates just shipped back 3 cars from the U.S. and the foooookers on the ship damaged all of them . Dents , scraps + scratches and the cars were mint before they left . One of the cars was a fully restored Dodge Charger and they damaged that one in 3 places !!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear bout your m8. Hope he had some kinda insurance. The one im looking at im not to worried about it gettin banged up. It only gonna be for parts. Any idea on cost mate?
