azz-bo Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 Ok I got my 100e on the road the other day, booted it down the road and broke the prop shaft. Anyway we've got a new prop shaft now and fitted it, but discovered that the whole axle (105e axle) is twisting. Is there a bracket of some sort i can buy to hold the axle to stop this? Cheers Azz
fezza Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 Anti tramp bars might do the trick,im sure someone more knowlegeable will correct me if im wrong, not sure if they do a kit for the 100e,you might need to get some escort ones and modify the mounts
baz105e Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 twisting in which direction ???is it so that when you boot it the springs on the back wind up ???

baz105e Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 i rekon its tramp mate. not sure on fitting to a 100 e but milton race prep do an anti tramp kit to fit the 105e. shouldn't imagine it'd be too hard to fit to a 100e. http://www.miltonrace.co.uk/
