nah im enjoyin this road cycling - - been trying to cycle almost everynight and find it more relaxing and more enjoyable than killing yourself at the dirtjumps or cycles round the red ditch ((redditch)) which is really hilly with only one gear

Does this road racing involve dressing up as an oversized ant?:lol: I see these around quite abit, I would like to do it but I can't see the problem with wearing jeans and a jacket :ykt::ykt: Still, it sounds a good laugh though :wink:

ive got some old racer thing i had to use it to get to college when the car was off the road for a few weeks, plastic saddle skinnly little S shaped handle bars........so uncormortable and the gears were down by the forks

in the end i got this old town bike you know them things your nan had with the gears in the rear hub 8) ...... alot comfier and just as quick....rather embarasing though

still i think i prefer a BMX as an all rounder allways lived out in the sticks and used to cycle for miles with mates, might not of been quite as quick on straights and going up hills was a pain but i allways prefered it for some reason and with lack of gears the chain never came off, untill i snapped it

theres a company called sterling house :? do ex catalogue bikes at nock down price you might be best looking there first before spending alot on one, of just change the bars on your mountain bike and stick skinny tyres on it.......dont attempt todo jumps on 60psi tyres though it fookin hurts :lol:
