Best Oil For a 1300 Crossflow

As above its a low mileage 1300 crossflow GT spec with a 4 branch manifold and twin choke weber and KnN filter.

 

If anyone could help me out that would be great as i want to prolong the life of the engine as much as possible

I posted the same question yesterday and it seems its 20/50, Valvoline seems to be the favourite

That or chup fat - all does the same job in a crossflow -they run on anything!. But seriously any good quality 20/50 will do. I like Duckhams personally if you can get hold of it. Failing that nowt wrong with the stuff from Halfords... Frequent changes I find are the secret to a nice clean engine
