Turning a word document into a jpg file

I have a picture in a word document that I have tried to upload to my photobucket account but it says that it needs to be a jpg or gif type file.

 

Is there any way I can convert my pic into a jpg or gif file?

fpmsl .... it's what you sent to me this morning I have saved it onto a word doc so that I can post it in the Admin staff room because I am wasn't sure how to transfer it from the adobe file so I thought if i made it a word doc I could put it onto photobucket and then post it in the staff room .

i usually screenshot it paste it into paint cut and save as .jpg theres probably a simpler way but that way works
