Thanks for the guitar lesson I thought it was complex too. Until I learned how a few years ago. I had a bedford pickup truck with a leaking master cylinder. I could pump the brake with my left hand while hanging under the car with my right hand on a spanner on the bleed nipple. I had to do this everytime I drove it for 2 weeks in winter.
