I drove past a static camera van in a 30 mph zone ( not quite at 30 mph though ) on the 24th of April and havent receved an NIP yet.What is the length of time the police have to send you the NIP ? To the best of my knowlage its 14 days starting from the day after the offence was supposed to have been commited. Is this correct?
