Got a letter today, a number of loft fitters are being made redundant next week. I got a personal meeting with my boss and a HR doris from head office on Tuesday, they'll calculate a points total for me, based on work skills, work quality, time off, discipline etc. Then I'll find out if I keep my job or get made redundant. Bugger
