. . . a 4dr mk2 cortina, in pale green with a white lotus style stripe, on superlites, with a cage, and apparently a 3.9 rover v8 under the bonnet?

 

The guy who does my mot's had it outside his his workshop a few days ago. Said it was his, bought from Lancashire recently.

 

Now the best bit. . . i asked him if he was on osf as there's a sticker on the screen.

 

"wot's that?" he says, with a glint in his eye, "i don't have a computer" now he's grinning.

Has it got a bloody great bonet bulge thing ? If so, im 99% sure this'll be the one that i used to see (even quite recently) knocking around Preston in Lancashire.

V8's in Cortina's arent really my thing but this looked like it was built for 1/4 miling and to be fair, it sounded the absolute nuts
