eccentric mount onto gaz coilovers

Right guys having a ruck about how to fit these together! Now correct me if im wrong but they fit on the top caps with no extras? and also hat side down? any pictures would be a great help so i can show my numbtie of a mate.

Unless all mounts and all Gaz units are the same for all cars, I guess it would be hard for anyone to answer
