paying for ticket

ordered 1 ticket got order confirmation from yourselves but keep getting an error when i get to the final section to pay. i click confirm order it links to paypal and it says there was an error and to start the order again. i come back to osf to start again but it adds another ticket every time its up to 6 tickets and i only want 1 lol. from your email i think the order is sorted but not payed for
