anyone done a home spray job, whats the hire stuff like form hss and where would i get paint, really want to paint the fiesta white but cant afford a bodyshops crazy rates, ive just done a six week block on spraying at college everything from sanding and filling up to spraying primer and paint but not 2pack stuff just pre mixed black then thinning it out with filler, then onto colour sanding and compounding

any advice on where to get the stuff and if a gazebo sealed off would be ok would be appreciated

i have seen some home spray jobs that are good but som that are shockingly bad depends how good sprayer you are to start with i suppose :thumbsup:

One of our friends painted his Ford Truck with a roller :shock: Only found out a couple of weeks ago, and from a distance looks spot on :thumbsup: Even up close it isnt that bad, just bit orange-peely :ykt:

A sealed gezibo isn't a good Idea as you need some

type of extration to get the overspray out.

Also I can't see how you thin your paint out with filler?

c'mon eh you knew what i meant :lol:

thinners not filler

yeah extraction would be a problem aswell as some form of heat to cure paint , if you dont mind me asking how much were you to spray yours
