Problems with ordering back issues?

This might just be me but I doubt it somehow, I ordered a back issue in February from myfavoritemagazines.co.uk which payment was taken for on 16/02/10 and it then took till April 28th (after a number of emails and phone calls) for them to get back to me saying that the magazine was out of stock and would I like to order another issue or have a refund. I replied back that day that I would like a refund and are still waiting for it, two months later. Is this normal!?

 

Just to add insult to injury (after I bought one off ebay) I saw the issue was on saw at the CF stand at the show at Santa Pod!

It was the one with the special about 25 years of the cos YB I was after. I have since got a copy off ebay, but thanks for the offer.

 

A cheque for the refund is meant to be in the post, I'll post up on here when I get it.

Was reading the July issue on the plane (40 years of RS), good issue so far, hope it is a detailed report on how to fit a weld in roll cage as need to do one shortly...
