hi all just like many other people on here i thought i'd show you my new project what i picked up tuesday .... sadly i wont have any photo's on until 2moz as the mrs as the camera

 

its a red 1979 1.1l on a v plate all original apart from the supersport seats,xr2 steering wheel & supersport rims in terms of mods

 

the body aint to bad for being 31 years old....

 

right were to start...il go with the bad things 1st

 

at some point its had a bump up the back end on the drivers side corner and as been sorted very poorly on the cheap to be fair some one on here might no something about it as its a got osf sticker in the back window(if some has owned the car it would be nice if they could tell me abit more about it) anyway the rear arch as bin replaced & is totally the wrong shape & full of filler haha! the o/s rear arch is also rotten...oh the n/s out sill as been replace very poorly too & the same with the rear valance but it all can be sorted the boot floor is fooked to be honest.so if any1 no's of a shell waitin to be chopped up pm i'll be buyin the complete boot floor of ya

 

on the good side of things the front end of the car is rather solid...

 

the plan is to get the bodywork solid & the way i want it & ofcourse painted the same colour

 

gona drop it on avo coilovers strut braces,braided brake hoses,xr2 brake set up..i want the wheels diamond cut.all the chrome is going black

 

the interior is being goin to be stripped out with ridged buckets cage & flocked dash.so if anyone want the supersport interior pm me but the black door cards are bent & buckled

 

engine wise i wana drop a 2.1 zvh init or possibley a zetec turbo with a front mount....let me know what you all think and comment..i know im quite abit away from achievin this yet but im gona keep at
