Alimax relies that to sell products you have to answer the phone. I've been trying to call them every day this week and they havny answered once. Does anyone else have this problem?

i finally got through to them and he said he can do me a alloy tank. But im in two minds weather to send them my money if there closing down?

If you pay by credit card then you are covered if they go into liquidation

I would go elsewhere. back in Octopber i ordered a load of stuff from them, almost 3 weeks later it finally arrived . I was on the phone twice a day and everyday was promised it was on its way .

When it all arrived 2 of the bits were wrong. I was promised an immediate replacement . Well after another 3 to 4 weeks i just gave up as nothing arrived and still hasnt, even though again every other day i was on the phone and yet again advised it was one its way !!!

 

Just wish id gone to Yukspeed for the bits as they are always spot on.

 

I will say though the quality of Alimax stuff was good apart from the 2 wrong items !!
