Engine swap advice please

I have post in the transplant section but as this section has more hits and I'm in a hurry before the engine gets snapped up.

 

I wanna put a mk5 escort rs2000 engine in my Capri. Is this something anyone has done. Any info is much appreciated.

this engine will fit into a capri, you will need a mt75 box out of a s.i.e.r.r.a you may have to make up some engine mounts but thats not too difficult. i have seen it done before and they're pretty quick motors, think its about 155bhp as stock. i'd say dare to be diffrent

I have a 5 speed out of a Sierra on it already is that the same or different. Engine mounts is not a problem. Do I have to have anything altertered in the way of fly wheels like a zetec conversion or sump alterations???
