There is a service where you can hire an Arch roller i think on ebay item number 320704737514. You could try and contact the seller for more info or even have the work done for you, thats if Restos cant fit you in

Sorry Jim, only just noticed your reply they did the whole of the back end of my Rs and a load of work under the bonnet so it was an all in price - just give em a ring and ask them You're not tied to anything if you just ask for a price

I used the top of an axle stand to roll mine, worked a treat

It's just rolling the arch lip, basically folding it up to give you a bit of extra claerance when fitting bigger or wider wheels

Aha, cheers Daz, guessed it was something along those lines but wasn't 100%. What size wheels would this allow you fit under the arches?

7x13 is the common choice although some peeps run on 15"s

I contacted Phil at archenemy.co.uk for a quote. He told me it would be £120 for all 4 arches, however he wouldnt be able to get the roller on the hubs if the rear had been lowered.

 

Mines dropped 2" so I guess that that then!

Mine is lowered and the boys at Retro Restos did mine okay
