I know the car it now belongs to my brother in law it was at bromley on the harris stand its as fast as you need and has a sequential box in it it will be up for sale at end of next year as he now wants a vintage/pre war car?? anyother questions just ask cheers Neil

he bought from an alan in southhampton scince he bought it has had new engine from geoff harris and new rear diff and axle and various small pieces a great car

Hows it going mate? just wondering if you can give me a bit of info about that mk1? whats it lowered at the back and what springs are used on the front. is it also a standard english axle on the back? and guessing are the wheels 13x7j?

Just getting to that stage myself to build up my car and just seen that one and looks to sit perfectly!!

Yes, that's him :thumbsup: If I recall correctly, he raced that car at the Brighton Speed Trials in 2007 (same year that I did the Speed Trials) - had a Ron Harris engine in it then. He also had a lovely mk1 'tina painted up in Scalextric colours - his mate had one too - they were at Ford Fair in them a couple of years back. Not sure what he is up to these days as not seen him in a while. Lovely car :thumbsup::thumbsup:
