can you help? seatbelt questions

as some of you guys and gals know i got a 82 cortina (rusty) the problem im having is finding rear seat belts, i carnt find cortina ones anywhere so i was going to retro fit some out of another motor does anyone know what will fit without to much trouble? thanx for your time........jay

i used some of these on my old mk3 cortina not from the site on the link though, i bought mine from halfrauds for £18 per side on a special offer. i think they were securon 200 if it makes a difference i also heard that the online mini parts specialists do them cheaper so you have to do some research on the web. if not a wanted post on here or buysellcortina may turn some up for you good luck

You can fit Securon rear belts they list 254 as the part number, you can buy them on ebay, i fitted the same in my Mk2 Escort

I have the securon 254 set fitted in the rear of the mk1.Very ingenious design,the have two adjusters just turn them so arrows point upwards for inertia locks to work correctly can pretty much mount them anywhere!
