i have just read this article. i am in the process of building a v8 powered rwd on leaf springs.

the engine has about 360 lbft of torque so i was gonna try what this article suggests of 3d down angle on both the gearbox and diff so it allows for axle wrap on launch.

does that seem about right for a big torque leaf sprung solid rear axle ?
