fieldy1972 Posted July 7, 2012 Report Posted July 7, 2012 i havnt seen this cortina in well over 20 years. someone i knew locally to me called Dave Carpenter (as in the DC Racing onthe door) owned it for a long time.and was a mechanic at Evans Halshaw. i remember it was kept in a garage just around the corner from where i used to live in Mile Oak (east sussex). as far as i know he done most if not all of the work on the cortina. stunning motor then and by the looks of it, she still is. if only i had the cash. i seem to recall it had a chromed v8 with NOS , buckets , harness etc http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160836168790? ... 1438.l2648
