Best tyre size for Mk1 van on Lotus Steels 13" ?

I got a set of steels to go on my camper and wondering whats a good tyre size ?

 

It's currently standard most i'll be doing is a set of billies off a 2.8 capri, better shocks and maybe lower by an inch or so, with a 1700 X/ flow fitted, standard wings.

 

 

Originally thought 175/70/13's but thinking 185/60 's might be better ?
