Escort Mk1 4 Door Posted January 12, 2013 Report Posted January 12, 2013 de icer then heat and repeat
Savvi Posted January 12, 2013 Report Posted January 12, 2013 Wurth do 2 products i use ........... Rost off ........ great for rusty bits, must be some type of spray acid as the rust bubbles away they also do a freeze spray. I had a similar experiance last week, heated it the used the freeze spray had to do it a good few times but it worked in the end
Escort Mk1 4 Door Posted January 13, 2013 Report Posted January 13, 2013 de icer turns rust into a brown sludge i used it to clean the water jacket in my crossflow and also use it on stuck bolts in the garage i work in

walsh253 Posted January 15, 2013 Author Report Posted January 15, 2013 Well, this bolt is not bloody moving!! tried everything and no joy, the problem seems to be that there is no gap for anything to go between the bolt and "sleeve" to loosen the rust. what to do next i dont know????????
