Ok im trying to get a lower shock bolt off a van (non ford dont shoot me) which is stuck solid, ive had to cut the bolt in half and hit it with a club hammer,No joy, heated it and hit,No joy,and drilled with a hardened bit which wont touch it!

Any ideas without taking the whole hub etc off??

Wurth do 2 products i use ...........

Rost off ........ great for rusty bits, must be some type of spray acid as the rust bubbles away

they also do a freeze spray.

I had a similar experiance last week, heated it the used the freeze spray had to do it a good few times but it worked in the end

Well, this bolt is not bloody moving!! tried everything and no joy, the problem seems to be that there is no gap for anything to go between the bolt and "sleeve" to loosen the rust.

what to do next i dont know????????
