Steering column bushes

Ok I desperately need some steering column bushes for my Mk1 Capri. It was an advisory on my MOT and they have got worse. I noticed Burton do nylon ones for Mk2 Escorts, what are the chances of these fitting? If not where else can I get them from? And is it a hard job to do, any tips?
