Lowered by how much

I am wanting my RS2 lowered, can anyone recommend what springs and how much to lower the front and how much to lower the rear?

170 -2 front and -2

Yeah I was gunna say about 2" all round aswell

 

Mines 2" at the front and 1.5" at the back at the mo, but I'm getting 2" blocks soon. With that drop on the front I'm left with about 1" - 1.5" ground clearance on the lowest point (x member), doesn't catch on speed bumps so is still useable

 

Although with a 2" drop on the back with the tyres you've got, might be tight on the arches

i was running 185/60/13 on laser and revolutions and had no problems on standard arched 4 door
