Mine moves when fitted and fixed down and the moved in a circular motion still.. causing my car to run crap. Ive fitted my old one and soldered up the connections and its running sweet. bought it via eBay less than 6 months ago so im going to contact the seller. Just wondered if anyone has had the same issue?

Do u mean Accusparks? If so, then yes, Mike on here had issues as it gave up after a year.

Just looked and yes, think the firm was ultrasparks but it was Accusparks unit. The Quality wasnt as good as my old one, and was the problem to my timing & car running rubbish. when secured the unit actually moved in a circular motion. wont buy one again .. i just wondered if it was a dodgey one off.

Ive used the rest of the kit like i say, and swapped the dizzy and it runs bang on now. ill see if i get a reponse via ebay. if not its not the end of the world, i just wont buy another. Mine was okay for 1-2 months then its was causing issues

Colin Ashton found Mike's kit was faulty so he upgraded to a Bestek kit. Thanks to Colin, when I needed new ignition on my Pinto, I went with an Aldon kit rather than waste my money on Accuspark rubbish! My pinto is stock so no need as yet for modified curve etc.

Cheers for the info, I'm using the Bestek dizzy now that was already on the car but I'm using the accspark set up as the old Bestek control box went faulty. I'll steer clear of them again... Just glad my cars running sweet again, makes the drive more fun! Was starting to annoy me, and didn't think it would it would be dizzy as it was new less than 6 months ago.
