Aldon amethyst mappable ignition problems

Hello there im just wanting to know if anyone has bought this aldon amethyst mappable ignition an d experianced problems or delt with aldon when things go wrong, its idea is good but with having 3 different units all had different problems they claim its somthing ive done wrong but thats all ive done is follow the instructions provided but there are 2 versions theres a wiring diagram thats wrong in the newer version!

 

The first unit did not provide a signal to the coil so no spark sent it back to be tested and tested ok and i had wired it incoractly they say but i hadent but still didnt work so borowed one from a friend and that was working so they sent me a new one.

 

Second unit put that on and working for about 30min then it cut out and wouldnt start checked things found that the unit had overheated and melted the side of it and the coil was very very hot as well so phoned them and double checkt the coil was ok to use with it and its ok and then said the thing had melted and they didnt want to know i had done some thing wrong they say again but it was working fine for a bit!

 

So i borrowed my friends one that hadent been fitted yet so didnt know if it worked ok but this one worked but didnt let it rev above 5000rpm but revlimiter was set at 7000rpm, and i let it idle for 30min the coil started to heat up again wich i changed because the other heated up and the unit was hot to but turnd off before it got to hot!

Askt them to phone me but still havent heard anything! Has any one delt with them before?
