Lowering rear arches?

Does anyone know a rear arch which is the same radius as Mk1 escort rear arch? But sits lower than the front arches? So it looks a bit like a zodiac estate style??

 

Or know if a way of doing this?

Not keen on skirts/spats to be honest... prefer the welded on style....
