Hi guys, signed up to the forum a while ago, introduced my mk3 'tina and have been silent ever since. Unfortunately, got made redundant in Feb so money has been an issue in getting the ol' Cortina ready for this summer. My Uncle (that's his capri) joked that he'd spray it red oxide, so I got 12 rattle cans for less than £30 and he sprayed it, on a driveway, with tarpaulins for shelter. Prepped on a Thursday, sprayed on a Friday, put back together on Saturday and taken out on a club run out on Sunday. Here are the results, it's gone down well everywhere else, what do you think?
It's TT fortnight here on the Isle of Man, and the foreign bikers seem to have taken a shine to my old Ford, but I can't blame them!
