Cheers for the heads up mate, I honestly don't know enough about the mechanics of a car than I ought to ! I totally understand where you are coming from with regards to price and I am under no illusion that I am not going to get what I want for less than 15k, I have just seen a few too many cars sell privately to see them re advertised for 3-7k more a few weeks/ months later. I know a cheap avo doesn't exist anymore but I would much rather give the guy who has put the blood sweat and tears into getting a car right the cash than a dealer profiteering on it. hope that makes some sort of sense, Stu

Thanks vista, much appreciated. I have seen the white RS on piston heads but I have never bought at auction and I'd prefer to drive it before buying. The cosworth is a little to modified for me and the Daytona yellow one is too nice for me to drive, I'd be petrified of chipping it!!! I really hope that doesn't sound fussy, I'd just love to buy one from a fellow enthusiast who has treasured it rather than a dealer trying to have my eyes out and not giving a damn about the car. If you hear or know of anyone please give me a shout though and I'll definitely owe you a pint or two, Cheers, Stu
